the permission of UzbekNavo and ONLY for the educational, nonprofit
and promotional purposes.
JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES.
Unless otherwise specified, the materials in the site are presented
solely for the purpose of promoting music and culture of Uzbekistan.
This site is controlled and operated by Umid World from its offices
within the United States of America and Uzbekistan. Neither UzbekNavo,

under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. This agreement will
terminate immediately without notice from Umid World if in Umid
World's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision
of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials
obtained from this site and any and all other Umid World site(s) and
all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or
otherwise.

THE MATERIALS IN THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT
WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT
