you can make it various (mushrooms, cabage, potatoes, etc).
if the pie has meat as an ingredient, it should be baked for 1-1,5 h. if does not, then less. 50 mins- 1 h.

Ya kakto delala takie , otshipivala testo , raskativala kak na belyashi tuda lojila sosisku , suhovato poluchilos' i testa slishkom mnogo.
No segodnya eti sosiski mne ochen ponravilis' ya ih prosto tak voobshe ne yem, no tak kak deti lyubyat reshila ih poradovat', pravilno sdelala chto smazala sousom, mmm vnutri tak sochno, testo myagkoe myagkoe i vkusnoe. Ya sama shtuk 3 navernoe slopala yesli ne bol'she.

In the United Kingdom, until the 1980s, quiches were almost invariably referred to as 'flans'. However, this term has now become almost completely obsolete when referring to savoury dishes

6 ta tuhum+1/2 cup milkni yahshilab aralashtiring, (agar half/half bo'lsa butter solishiz sartmas, agar 2% yoki skim bo'lsa butter yoki cream qo'shvoring) qancha fluffy bo'lsa shuncha yahshi. so'ng, hard cheese (qanday turi bo'lsa ham bo'laveradi), qattiq bo'lsa bolgani, qirg'ichdan o'tkazazib solasiz. Menimcha, 1 or 1&1/2 cup yetarli boladi.
so'ng, spicelarni solvorasiz ichiga, tabizga qarab time, oregano, chilli powder ham ishlatsez bo'ladi. unga onion va sweet pepperni ozgina olive oilda qovurib solasiz. keyin fake crabni maydalab ichiga solvorasiz (qancha solish ozizga bogliq, ko'pincha o'lchamemanda aniq o'lchamlarini bera olmayapman shuning uchun) Qarab yetarli ekani ko'rinadi.

Receptini yozaman , pastida o'zimni commentslarimni qoldiraman;
Yellow zucchini tart
Ingredients;
serves 6
butter, for greasing
9 oz/250 g/ 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
pinch of salt
125 g cold butter, cut into pieces
2 oz/55g/ 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
cold water
Filling;
2 large yellow zucchini
1 tbsp salt
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1 bunch scallions, trimmed and finely sliced
150 ml/ 2/3 cup heavy cream
3 large eggs
salt and pepper
1 small bunch fresh chives, chopped
Grease a 10 inch/25 sm loose-bottom tart pan.
Sift the flour and salt into food processo, add the butter, and pulse to combine, then tip into large bowl and add the Parmesan cheese. Mix the egg and water together in a small bowl. Add most of the egg mixture and work into a soft dough, usnig more egg mixture if needed. Turn out onto a floured counter and roll out the dough 3 1/4 inches 8sm larger than the pan. Carefully lift the dough into the pan press to fit. Roll the rolling pin over the pan to trim the excess dough. Fit a piece of parchment paper into the tart shell, fill with dried beans, and let chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Bake the tart shell blind for 15 minutes in a preheated oven, 400 F/200C , then remove the beans and paper and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Lower the oven temperature to 350F/180C.
Meanwhile , grate the zucchini and put in strainer with 1 tablespoon of salt. Let drain for 20 minutes, then rinse and put in a clean dish towel, squeezing all the moisture from the zucchini.Keep dry.
Melt the butter in a wide skillet, saute' the scallions until soft, then add the zucchini and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, until any liquid has evaporated. Let coll slightly . Whisk togehter the cream, eggs, salt pepper and chives. Spoon the zucchini into the tart shell and pour the cream mixture , making sure it settles properly, then bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold.

Here's how I make mine
Ingredients:
Instructions:
- 7 egg whites
- 1 1/2 cups cooked wild brown rice
- 2 tablespoons nonfat Parmesan
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium nonfat chicken broth
- 2 cups sliced zucchini
- 1 medium red bell pepper (cored and chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup shredded nonfat mozzarella
- 1 cup evaporated skim milk
- 2 tablespoons all-natural whole wheat flour
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine 1 egg white, rice, and 1 1/2 tablespoons Parmesan. Mix thoroughly. Form into a crust in a nonstick 9-inch pie pan.
- Heat broth in a saucepan. Add zucchini, red bell pepper, garlic, basil, and black pepper. Sauté until zucchini begins to soften, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
- Stir mozzarella into the zucchini mixture and spread over the pie crust.
- Whisk together the remaining egg whites, evaporated milk, and flour, and pour over the zucchini mixture. Bake until quiche is done through, about 40 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.

Retseptda 1 stakan iliq sut 1 stakan iliq suv deyilgan, lekin man sut aynib qolmasin deb ikki stakan sut soldim.
Sutni ozgina isitib, droji, shakar, tuz hammasi birga aralashtiriladi, ustidan o'simlik yog'i va hona issiqligiga eritilgan sariyog' solinadi, hammasini aralashtirgandan keyin oz-ozdan un solib hamir qoriladi, hamir yopishqoq bo'ladi, qo'lga yog' surib ishlansa onsonroq shakl beriladi, bir idishga solib ustidan sellofan bilan o'rab, 30-45 minutga oshirishga qo'yiladi.
Kartoshka po'chog'ini artib, qaynatib olamiz, suvini to'kib tashlab sariyog', tuz, murch solib pyure qilamiz
Bu orada duhovkamizni 250 darajaga olib kelib yoqib qo'yamiz
Hamir o'shib chiqqandan keyin qo'lni yog'lab, kichkina zuvalalarga (mandarinday) bo'lib chiqamiz, zuvalani qo'l bilan bosib ochib ichiga 1 qoshiq pyure solib, ikki chetini yahshilab yopishtirib yog'langan yoki pergament qog'oz solingan padnosni ustiga terib chiqamiz.
Padosga terib chiqqandan keyin ustida sellofan yopib yana 15 minut pirojkilarni hamiri oshishini kutamiz, oshib chiqqandan keyin qatiq bilan yog'ni yahshilab aralashtirib pirojkilarni ustidan surib chiqamiz, ustidan kunjut sepib, duhovkani 150-170 darajaga olib kelib pirojkilarni pishirib olamiz.
